At Green Leaf, we are all about customer satisfaction! If for any reason you receive a defective product, we will replace it free of charge, all you pay for is shipping and handling and we cover the rest! In order for the warranty process to take place, we will require the following:
- Proof of Purchase (Receipt or Green Leaf Invoice No.)
- Detailed Images of the original packaging and product
- Detailed Description of the issue at hand (Videos are extremely helpful).
Please note, all warranties are subject to approval, some products might require you to ship at customer expense the defective unit/units in order to qualify for product warranty.
